/ WINEMAKING

Selection of the best bunches which were left to dry on the vines just before the harvest. Maceration for 24 hours at 6°C. in stainless steel tanks, followed by racking, fermentation and aging phase in medium toasted French oak barrels.

/ COLOR

Golden straw-yellow.

/ SENSORY EVALUATION

Floral notes of acacia flowers and candied fruit with a distinctly sweet taste of honey and fruit-jam

Seasoned and blue cheeses, dry pastries.
