Manual harvesting of perfectly ripe grapes and subsequent maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. Subsequent racking and soft pressing and slow aging in medium-sized French oak barrels.

Intense ruby.

/ SENSORY EVALUATION

Spicy, undergrowth and slightly vegetable aromas, with citrine taste, voluminous and very persistent.
