/ VINIFICATION

Harvest of ripe grapes. Slow alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures with the help of selected yeasts. After the first pouring, the wine is kept on the yeasts followed by the long fermentation in an autoclave at a controlled temperature.

/ COLOR

Light straw yellow.

/ SENSORY ANALYSIS

Slightly fruity perfume with hints of white flowers. Citrine and persistent taste.
